M&D PRECISION WORK The goal is to produce top quality standards of Make Drawing skills and modern machinery and tools to support the growth the industry fo Mold. We adhere to a policy tool in the business.
HISTORY
M&D PRECISION WORK was established since 2003. In the beginning , M&D started the business from the Trading company by selling Standard Parts of Plastic Mold and Stamping Die. M&D got the said Technology and knowledge supported from INTERTOOL TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD. And then M&D developed Production Process for making Parts of Mold (Made to Order) as customer's drawing and customer requirement by M&D's Teams who have an experience and expert. After that M&D started set up the first machine of "SODICK" and training from "SODICK" for supporting the Precision Parts till got the most feed back from our related customers. And they rely and assure to make order the High Precision Parts. M&D can control high precision to 0.002-0.005 Micron.Then M&D developed process for making Parts of Mold Die Cast and Electronic Parts of Injection Mold. For an intended working of Top managements and Teams, everyone can lead company to ISO 9001:2008 in 2011. And it is acceptable of Automotive and Electronic Parts 's customers. And intend to develop our company to other Standard Systems of Environment and Safety. Besides that M&D will improve about Technology which is under consideration to joint-venture with SMEs from Japan and Institution of Mold & Die Industrial for development the Thailand's Mold & Die Industrial to move forward and compete with other Asian's countries .Home
